Introduction
The submersible static pressure liquid level transmitter is a fully stainless steel designed, fully sealed submersible intelligent liquid level measurement instrument. This product is equipped with imported diffused silicon sensors and high-precision intelligent digital processing circuits. It adopts precise digital temperature compensation technology and nonlinear correction technology, making it a high-precision liquid level measurement product. The waterproof cable is sealed and connected to the casing. The vent pipe is inside the cable and can be used for a long time when immersed in liquid. The integrated structure and standardized output signals provide convenience for on-site use and automatic control. This product operates in a two-wire system and is compact in size. It is lightweight, easy to install and convenient to use, and can directly replace the two-wire analog 4-20mA output transmitter.
Product principle
When the liquid level transmitter is immersed in the liquid to be measured to a certain depth, the pressure on the sensor's liquid-facing surface is given by the formula P=pgh+PO. At the same time, by atmospheric pressure on the surface of the liquid gas leading cable will PO is introduced into the sensor back pressure chamber PO to offset the sensor to meet the liquid surface, the sensor measured pressure for P = obviously, by measured pressure P, can get level depth H. The pressure signal sensed by the sensor is converted, amplified and compensated by the circuit before being transformed into a standard signal for output.
Features
1. Advanced silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors, imported silicon piezoresistive sensors and imported ceramic capacitors are adopted as signal measurement elements.
2. The submersible level gauge encapsulates the oil-filled core in a stainless steel housing. The front protective cap not only protects the sensor diaphragm but also enables the liquid to come into smooth contact with the diaphragm.
3. The waterproof wire is sealed and connected to the casing, the ventilation pipe is connected to the outside inside the cable, and the internal structure is designed to prevent condensation.
4. It is equipped with a built-in miniature signal processing circuit for remote transmission.
5. It has good stability and reliability.
6. It is widely applied in liquid level measurement and control in fields such as environmental protection, water conservancy, variable frequency water supply, industrial process control, and chemical engineering.
