Introduction

The TY812 series pressure transmitter is a new type of pressure transmitter developed and researched by our factory. It adopts technologies and processes such as diffused silicon, laser correction, temperature compensation, and analog signal processing, featuring high precision, good reliability, fast response speed, and stable performance. This product has a simple structure, is easy to install, use and maintain, has strong anti-interference ability, and is suitable for long-distance signal transmission. It is widely welcomed by designers and users. It has been widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, power, and light industry to measure and control the pressure, absolute pressure, and vacuum of liquids, gases, and steam.

Principle

When the pressure of the medium being measured acts on the sensitive element (such as the diaphragm) of the pressure sensor, the sensitive element will deform, and this deformation will be converted into an electrical signal. The electrical signal undergoes a series of processing and conversion steps, including preamplification, filtering, and analog-to-digital conversion, and is ultimately output as a readable digital signal. Implements the efficient and accurate measurement of pressure, widely used in occasions of various kinds of need for pressure measurement and control.
