Introduction

The TY-3001 series pressure switch is equipped with 4-20mA analog signal output, two relay switch quantity outputs, and has on-site display function. The sensor can be provided with constant pressure excitation and constant current excitation by adopting SMT process and integrated circuit design concept, and is suitable for diffused silicon, ceramic and strain gauge pressure sensors. It is equipped with a built-in microprocessor and can be programmed through three buttons to set zero point, full scale, decimal point, control point and current without any potentiometer adjustment. The whole machine is adaptable to industrial-grade temperature environments and has strong anti-interference capabilities.

Principle

Mainly based on its internal elastic sensitive element, when subjected to external pressure, this element will undergo elastic deformation, thereby causing the resistance value connected to it to change accordingly. This change in resistance value is converted into an electrical signal output through the corresponding circuit, thereby achieving the measurement and control of pressure. Usually contains a pressure sensitive film, outside pressure on the diaphragm will produce deformation, the deformation of the diaphragm will further affect the connected with the resistance element, lead to the change of the resistance value. This change is converted into an electrical signal. After being processed by the circuit, an electrical signal proportional to the magnitude of the pressure can be output.
