Introduction

The TY811 series universal pressure transmitter adopts imported diffused silicon pressure chips as sensitive components. It is equipped with a high-precision digital processing circuit to convert the millivolt signal of the sensor into standard current and voltage output signals, which can be directly connected to computers, control instruments, frequency converters, PLCS, display instruments, etc. Selects the high stability and high reliability of diffusion silicon pressure sensor and high performance digital processing circuit, the overall performance is stable and reliable, long distance signal transmission can be performed. The entire structure adopts a stainless steel integrated structure. The built-in buffer and damping have undergone multiple aging and potting treatments, achieving solid state and high stability. It is easy to install and has extremely high shock resistance, moisture resistance and impact resistance. It can be used for a long time in harsh environments.

Design Features

All process connections of the TY811 series compact pressure transmitter are made of stainless steel in one piece. Reliable seals are used to isolate the process medium from the pressure measuring instrument, ensuring reliable sealing performance and no dead zones between the process connection and the measured medium. Its advantages lie in its small size, light weight, anti-interference ability and corrosion resistance. This product itself features high precision, stable output, shock resistance and vibration resistance. When the medium temperature reaches up to 150℃, a pressure transmitter integrated with a cooling element can be used. Easy installation and concise, with short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection, wide voltage power supply, a variety of interface stress. It is widely applied in the measurement and control of liquids and gases in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automobiles, and medical equipment.
