Description

The TY901 series tuning fork level switch is a level control instrument that is easy to install, requires no on-site debugging, is maintenance-free, has a wide range of applications, and is highly reliable. It is applicable to the level control of liquid, slurry, powder, solid particles, sheet media and strong corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, and is not affected by the flow rate of the medium. The tuning fork vibrates at a certain resonant frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the base of the tuning fork. When the tuning fork of the tuning fork level switch comes into contact with the medium being measured, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes of the tuning fork level switch are detected, processed and converted into a switch signal by the intelligent circuit.

Principle

The tuning fork level controller consists of two parts: the tuning fork mechanical resonance system and the circuit module. Install the tuning fork level controller on the top or side wall of the container, connect the power supply, and the tuning fork body is driven by the body to generate vibration. When the tuning fork body is immersed in liquid or buried by material, the vibration frequency of the tuning fork body changes. This frequency change is detected by the circuit module unit and outputs two sets of relay contact switch signals or 8mA and 16mA current switch signals. Used for alarm and control.
